  3 years after a brutal crash where my tibia exploded out the front of my shin crashing into a pole in California, and after 3 surgeries, countless mental battles, and plenty of other life shit...I'm finally fully healed. The bone is one piece, I'm so happy!

  Saw this earlier on Instagram - that's awesome man! Congratulations! Injuries are so much more than just the physical, and I'm stoked that you're back in action. May there be many rad sessions for you in the near future.
