Have you tried to use the weight with the cork riser? Does it make any difference? Also, doesn't having the weight so close to the truck make the board too prone to making 180s?
@Sun I usually fill the inside of the bushing with hot glue and when its still a bit hot but not so liquid i run the bolt through it to make a small tube that fills the space between the pieces. It...
@nihercop91 thats a sick board! Do you like the rocket weights?
@Jefe W ok cool!! i thought so! That makes sense, I might try running a cupped washer on it actually! thanks so much!
@Jon LaPlant thanks so much!
Just ride snakes or drifts in the winter and skate grippy wheels in the summer. But seriously super slippery wheels feel great in cold temps
P sure the answer is just techslide on the cold.
@nihercop91 looks dope, id definitely take it for a spin
@Antoine I've wondered what 159s vrs my 169s would feel like. I am a little in❤️ w my jmduran slidewinder. Its an easy deck to do anything on. It makes me wish my legs were 20something instea...

that's a really sick setup ; what wheelbase ?

Just give it a go. I think It depends on your trucks. I m struggling to hold out stand ups on my rogues but the zealous trucks work great for freeride. Your valks should be great for freerid...
@Sun thats perfectly fine. If you wanna improve it in any way just use the hardest bushing you have i guess
@Jon LaPlant thats weird thanks though! did this one work?
@Spencer Patton for anyone wondering about the update, other Molly skaters were definitely right that tall bushings are the way to go with the Venom plug in the back. Probably not going to do much ...
Hey this is my favorite setup right now. Board: Rocket Simplex Trucks: Rogue Zm1 with stock bushings besides the venom blue cone roadside. Wheels: 88 wheel co lorenzos 80mm&n...
I like to redrill for putting on a footstop.
@Sun we cant see any pictures, maybe try reuploading them in a comment?
Hey! this is my first time running a bushing footstop/ a foot stop in general and I was wondering if this would have an effect on truck performance because the bushing isnt solid? I've heard people...
@Alex Guerra Oh I've already got one of those I can make for you no problem! I've had a symmetric one in the works for awhile that has a nice roll from heelside to toeside, but a straight acr...
@SKATETECH I just mean a simple torque block where its the same height the whole way across, like the Venom one but with your much nicer material. I'm juat looking for something harder and mo...
