Bring back out of production wheels

  • If you could bring back one wheel that is no longer in production, what would it be?

I think I would choose cadillac sugar mamas. They are so nostalgic for me and I would love to skate a set of that og formula today. Another wheel that deserves an honorable mention is Abec 11 Erniez. Abec amber thane is one of the best urethanes ive ever skated.

  • Definitely divine street slayers, red thane rayne wheels, vault fatty flex, volante checkers, and Cadillac swingers

  • Swinger's and sugar mama's from Cadillac, then remember savannah slammas in the softest duro. We need more slick soft wheels.

  • In this era of skating roads that kill wheels I'd say sugar mamas fasho,

in my neck of the woods though hiking hills with one maybe two corners, venom Tweakers.

  • @Gabriel Fockler those soft slammas are so amazing. need remember to start cooking again

  • @Logan Neikirk I remember people calling swingers cheater wheels and how it was a big deal for someone to skate them in my scene. funny how the times have changed and "cheater wheels" like snakes are widely accepted as the best freeride wheels. Swingers were so sick though, I would love to skate them again.

  • @Kurt Derow Never skated tweakers but they looked super fun. On a side note how would they compare to the newer venom freeride wheels?

  • I just bought some third hand RAD Max Ballesteros (fun fact, the first owner was Kevin Reimer) and fell in love with them.

Well, well, turns out these aren't made anymore and the few that are still in stock are on small obscure websites .... which makes me very sad I want to try a fresh new set!

  • @Andrew Todd slick shoes and boss hawgs

  • @Andrew Todd I just through on some og peewees to tackle chip seal. They were not as slides as I would have predicted. Solved the chip seal problem though and made the road skateable.

  • @Chris Ramge Boss hawgs were very cool wheels indeed

  • The old savannah slammas from ~2015 would be all i need. Half the price of other wheels, lasts a year... At one point i spent 5 weeks of skate trip in the alps without changing wheels once.

  • I'd bring back 78a black core Biggie hawgs and 80a These 327s. Also 78.5a Cult Daredevils were incredible wheels that I'd love to skate again.
