I always feel like you need to be able to bomb a hill on Paris trucks before you can properly appreciate any split angles, bushing upgrades, and precision.

Unless someone is under ~140lbs or over ~170lbs, the stock bushings in most RKPs should be fine tbh
I feel like getting rid of the don't trips should be higher priority than doing all of this. All of this work to still ride don't turns :"(
@Matt Needs Wheels definitely worth swapping the pivots right out of the box. It's like $15 and generally makes them feel smoother.
@Gabriel Fockler You think the pivots are worth is for a average starter? Or just someone who wants to max out the stats?
@David Serate I feel that bushings not matched to rider weight is top 2 things that messes up the feel for starters on a new setup. To clarify what you said; is there a weight range that you think...
Calibers would be fine but I would suggest paris trucks instead. 50/43 plates, 150 or 165mm depending on deck size. 85a front, 90 or 93a rear, pat's risers inserts, flat washers, replace stock piv...

I've stubbornly learned to ride switch on my 53°/22° setup (Inb4-not super fast). Obviously, the steering is weird, so I have to be very mindful of my front/back weighting (ie, stay ~90% o...

@Teplitzskate the event is a non sanctioned but protected event. Meaning cars spot the upper and lower and communicate effectively but the road is technically open. It is a small forest service roa...
Title about says it. 45/20, all stock bushings/inserts included. Couple of tiny stone chips. Will ship priority. Any other questions just ask!
@bad_memory, based in Temecula. Learning downhill/freeride
81a drifts are the most consistent and intuitive round lips I've ever used.
Not necessarily the underrated part but Defo most underrated skater.
@Justin Chang They feel kinda the same, exept I'd say ez hawgs are even more slidey iirc. Starter level slow- very high ranking from what I hear. I wouldn't take them at any high rate of speed, ve...
