The reason i dont upgrade is because import is very expensive in south africa and we dont get many products available here and the scene is pretty dead, no events happen anymore
I feel like people need to ride these boards before they complain about any modern stuff. Very core setups, much respect 🫡
@Logan Neikirk thanks bro🤘
@Gabriel Fockler gotta run what you get your hands on around here🤣
I love the Airflow shape! I bet it freerides like heaven. Reminds me of the old Wolfsharks.
Also crazy amount of custom jobs man, chops, custom lips, mixed trucks... you been fucking around and finding out a lot right?
I hope you can get your hands on new material soon and that your local scene improves... have you ever thought of flying to another country to buy stuff? If the import costs are so brutal maybe it would be more economical to go to australia to buy a setup or something like that? The scene there is very active and you can do some skate-tourism too. I'm very curious because Abuga (Downhill254 on YT) it's from Kenya and is always complaining about the same. 🤣🤣
@Gabriel Fockler I couldn't agree more hahahhaha, If you see someone with that under their feet you know it's a menace, setups like that really force you to skate well and improve.
@F Llabata thanks so much man much appreciated, its just really expensive and difficult to get a visa to go to other countries haha 3rd world problems
@F Llabata im copping some old billit ronins in the new year mad excited foe that
@Ruben Swanepoel I have a frend with old chopped Ronins and his setup skates really really well, you're going to have lots of fun with them. Really solid upgrade from what you have.
I've not seen an Airflow Bracket in a hot minute, anyone who isn't aware of that board should look up a concave image of it. It's nuts for a wood board. Very cool setup man.
Also those lathed biggies look elite. Blue biggies are my one of my favorite wheels ever, absolutely so smooth and easy to skate at any speed.
Ive been on the latest and trendiest for so long that I now want to make an old set up like this and see how it feels🔥 Great boards you got
