the Exile footstop is a solid bit of gear. the dimpling you added to your preferred side isn't lost to my eye . nice setup

I'm thinking of switching from venom bushings in my valks to seismic. Rn I'm running 73/8/93/95 talls anyone know how that would translate to seismic?
Have a brand new 46 want a 30, will trade or pay
@RatBürger im lucky that i havent had any bad crashes impact wise (knock on wood). Two stand out tho. Learning hands down toes i was going oretty fast pushing my speed and did a pretty bad pen...
I like verything but the toe stop. Personally i like just a little toe wedge from some torque block scraps. Ive always wanted to try exiles tho
I'm leaning more towards the drops between the trucks styles. I've got the Theory, the Sacrifice, the Cheesegrater, and Chaisy, so far on the decks to review. Hoping for a chance to add the Foster ...
@Jefe W my trucks did not want to turn that way but I was stoked people were stoked! I ate it right before that lol.
Course cutout on the grip is dope
@Gabriel Fockler I skated this setup without the toestop and it fealt good, only aded it after I was breaking in freash Alphas and my front foot was sliding of the board in heelside slides.
I like everything but the toe stop. As they say, just stand harder. You're on freeride wheels, you dont need all that 😉
that toe stop is hungry for someone's ankle
Rocket Rhino Exile Hydra v3 50/20 120-128 or 133 with scythe axel spacers, spherical bearings i both trucks, bushings front 73a/78a venom hpf, back 93a seismic/ 95a riptide aps Zelous steal...
@Gabriel Fockler Thanks mate, yeah I really like that rocket with the zealous. I rode them stock for a while but wanted a bit more rebound. I ended up with 98/95 Ronin and 78/77 venom/ seismic bush...
@RatBürger understandable lol
@RatBürger proper tuck! Looks like a fun road. I've got media from 2012 on YT but it's on my brother's page and idk if it's necessarily even worth sharing here haha
@Gabriel Fockler The sick tail was probably the best thing that could've happened to the theory tbh. It was the only thing I'd say it's missing IMO but that's just a personal preference I suppose. ...
There's really 3 different types of heelside colemans we are looking at here and I think it's very important to distinguish the different inputs going into the board 1. Predrift ...
Youre replacing those things way too early. Just wait for them to look like they've been chewed on by a dog.
@Anthony Daniels 2 hand tonys; toeside slides with 2 hands on the ground. Generally just throw your weight on the ground and you will slide because of that. My opinion on them is not universal but...
This run was my first on YT, but the even earlier ones are lost to Vimeo now. I've skated down hills since 2012 and got my first longboard in 2008. What I remember most from that time is just how ...
@Jay Jauregui it's an old sticker that's just a bit too tasteless for a forum tbh. I'd rather not represent myself with swearing on a public platform, even just as a sticker.
The first two should be sick but really miss the mark with the "mods". Theory with sicktail and griptape shards is just foul. Saying that you put your foot there is crazy, you'd have to lift...
@RatBürger What sticker did you try editing out? lmao bet you thought no one would notice haha
The loose ass arsenals on a mega long wheelbase and throwback board screams, I'm unstable and I like it. 👍🏻
Surf rods tkps on those setups is a crime against humanity. Makes my grease shark chop look like an act of mercy.
